I guess most people like to create things. The little dopamine kick when you cooked a nice meal, hung a nice picture on the wall, finished up a report — you get the idea. For designers like myself, I'd argue it's our fuel or maybe even addiction.

The reality though, it's not always possible to create something at work. Sometimes work is just, well, work. To keep the dopamine kick running (and I guess it's a healthier kick than consuming what others created — yes, I'm looking at you, Insta), I love to take photos. Be it with my phone or my grown-up camera. Here on my blog, you can find a couple of my favorite shots.
